Idan Ofer, billionaire bozo, who sits on one of Harvard’s two corrupt and morally blind guiding boards, has resigned because he feels that President Claudine Gay’s response to the Harvard students who defended Hamas was lukewarm.
I imagine Mr. Ofer is in favor of the genocide that Israel is now committing against the people of Gaza – justified of course.
Forget about Jewish persecution of Palestinians. It doesn’t occur in his book.
What can and should you say about someone this stupid, because, well, you know the old adage: You can’t fix stupid.
I guess the truth hurts for Mr. Ofer. He can’t handle the truth that Israel, through the persecution of the Palestinians, and through the theft of their land, provoked Hamas to attack Israel in the only way they knew how.
Of course Hamas committed genocide. But so have the Israelis.
Indeed, Israel is just as complicit as Hamas for the carnage that goes on in Israel and Gaza.
What did Israel expect it? Did Israel expect that Palestinians would sit by quietly while they were slowly being squeezed to death. Would any of us sit quietly by? I think not.
By the way, did the Jews in the Warsaw ghetto sit quietly by while the Germans squeezed them to death? No, they did not.
And rightfully so.
What happened here on October 7 in southern Israel was that the big bully, Israel, got slapped, upside the head by the smaller pipsqueak, Palestine.
That wasn’t supposed to happen.
Now, the bully, Israel, runs to its mommy, the United States of America, for protection.
Help me, Mommy! Help me, Mommy! No fair, Mommy; he hit me back Mommy!
And what we discover is that Israel’s mommy, the United States of America, is just as much a bully as Israel, maybe worse.
The Jews and Christians who are now calling for Israel to wipe out Gaza, aren’t really Jews and Christians at all. They are fakes.
Judaism is about brotherhood, and Christianity is about tolerance and forgiveness.
What we need in the Middle East is less persecution and more of what Judaism and Christianity truly stand for.
Had we more of that, the attack by Hamas would not have occurred.
Now what we are seeing from Israel is more genocide – but at an obscene level.
It’s like shooting fish in a barrel.
Yep, you’re a real man, Benjamin Netanyahu.
You too, Antony Blinken.
It must take a real man to wipe out defenseless people with drone strikes.
Yes, I understand, the opposing argument that the other guy started it.
That’s the reason Netanyahu and Blinken give for the reactive genocide they’re now engaging in.
Well …
It’s still genocide, and while looking like a good idea inside the limited intellect of our leaders in Israel and the US right now, it’s an immoral act within the context of a moral universe and as such will itself have self-defeating ramifications for us.
I’ll tell you this, though, Benjamin Netanyahu is right about one thing. This will change the Middle East forever.
To that end, Mr. Netanyahu better pray to God that his actions go down in a good way for him and his people.
He better pray not for God‘s help, but that he is on the side of God.
We live in a moral universe, and no amount of money, weapon, technology or support from bozo billionaires will save you from your own immorality.
