Hate Speech, Free Speech and Plagiarism

The Constitution of the United States permits, free-speech, as long as it is not conducive to violence.

Hate speech codes have regularly been struck down by the Supreme Court.

Claudine Gay, the Harvard President, was only standing up for free speech, but free speech is dangerous when it goes against what the oligarchy desires in this country. And what the oligarchy desires is undying support for Israel’s genocide in Gaza.

The plagiarism charges were just a convenient weapon to use against her.

How many people who accuse her of plagiarism have actually studied what she has written? Sometimes there are only so many ways to say a certain thing.

And how do we know that the person who was plagiarized wasn’t a plagiarizer themselves?

Plagiarism is a tricky thing.

Plagiarism is essentially theft – taking someone else’s ideas and passing them off as your own.

Yet, Picasso once said that he stole his best ideas from other artists. Was he a plagiarizer?

How about all the people who say please and thank you every day; are we all plagiarizers?

Let’s face it, Claudine Gay was fired because by permitting free speech, she was standing up to Israel and the criminal oligarchy in the United States. who were only too happy to kill 21,000 Palestinians in order to secure the oil and gas assets in the Gaza Strip.
