I’ll give you a reason why Donald Trump is not qualified to be the president of the United States.
Let’s go back to a statement he made when he was president.
He made this statement several times and here it is: Socialism will never come to the United States of America.
His fanatical adherents ate it up.
As I listened to this, I had to seriously question the intelligence of the people who are supposedly electing people in this country.
Socialism will never come to the United States of America?
Who is he kidding?
I’ve got news for you. Socialism came to the United States in 1932.
What do you think food stamps are?
What do you think Social Security is?
What do you think Medicare and Medicare are?
How about the public school system?
Many of our community colleges are heavily subsidized by the government.
I’m glad they are.
How about the Tennessee Valley Authority, which provides electricity to poor people who can’t afford it?
There are many such projects in the United States.
For those of you who watch Sean Hannity 24 hours a day, and who love watching General Keane and the rest of the warmongers, how about all the military bases that we have around the world?
Those are government programs.
Those are socialist programs.
The military isn’t a private enterprise.
It never was.
We don’t pay the military a monthly fee as we do for our cable service.
We pay the military through our taxes.
Therefore the wars that we wage are socialist programs.
It’s safe to say that there isn’t a more socialized nation on earth than the United States of America.
We have more social programs than the Soviet Union ever had.
We put Karl Marx to shame.
I wouldn’t be surprised if we had a socialized program to subsidize prostitution.
So when Trump states that socialism will never come to the United States, he’s either woefully, ignorant, or he’s putting something over on you.
He’s not an ignorant man.
He’s playing good people who don’t ask a lot of questions.
That’s why he’s not qualified to be president.
He’s a disingenuous liar who works on behalf of the establishment.
He and his backers – the powers that be – make a joke out of our system.
Sincerely,
Archer Crosley
