The Oligarchy Did It

It was the oligarchy that killed John Kennedy.

Its members felt that he was soft on communism.

In that day and age, in the 1960s. communism was vehemently felt to be a mortal threat to the free world.

Our oligarchy, capitalists all, felt that the best antidote to communism was capitalism.

Now, it didnt matter that John Kennedy felt himself to be a capitalist. Also, it doesnt matter that we today do not see JFK as a communist.

What matters is that the oligarchy of the day had come to the conclusion that JFK was soft on communism.

This came about because of his positions on Cuba, Vietnam, Indonesia, US steel, Latin America, and yes, even race and civil rights – which many felt to be a Marxist undertaking.

Who is the oligarchy?

The oligarchy is the ruling class. They are a hodgepodge mixture of old money, new money, politicians, military leaders, news leaders, heads of corporations, and prominent at large individuals who have entered the national consciousness.

These people talk to each other.

They talk to each other through Washington soirées, government meetings, think tanks, trade organizations, published articles, television appearances, impromptu get togethers at each others houses, and so forth.

These oligarchs when they get together represent the higher neural ganglia of the brain where information is collected and processed.

In that day and age, this would surely consist of people like Dwight Eisenhower, Richard Nixon, Henry Cabot Lodge, Averill, Harriman, John McCloy, Lucius,Clay, Arleigh, Burke, the leaders of Corporate America including companies such as Ford, GM, Freeport Sulphur, National Can, and so forth. These are just a few people out of thousands who concern themselves with the direction of the country.

To be sure foreign leaders would have input as would leaders of unions, trade organizations and so forth. Even mob leaders were consulted.

These various musings and casual opinions were in time communicated to Allen Dulles of the CIA.

Thats the CIAs job – to collect information and process it.

Now, even though Allen Dulles was not formally the head of the CIA after 1961, he was still the head of the CIA. His replacement, John McCone, was more of a figurehead, who really didn’t want to know the dark secrets of the CIA.

And established members of the CIA were not going to tell him any of those secrets anyway.

A simple question was posed to many of these leaders of the oligarchy. Do you think the United States is headed in the right direction, and is it necessary that we change course, and when?

Allen Dulles and his top lieutenants, people like Richard Helms, listened to these people intently and then deliberated amongst themselves as to what should be done.

Once enough information was obtained, the CIA closed the door in order to protect the oligarchy. The oligarchy could then wash its hands of whatever was to happen. If someone accused them later on of being responsible for the death of JFK, they could always say: “Well, sure I wanted the guy to go, but I wasnt talking about murder.” Wink wink.

And thus, John Kennedy was assassinated.
