We live in a world of lies.
Now, come on guys and gals, I know you want to be a good citizen and go along, but at some point you have to admit that someone might be pulling a con on you.
Watch this video; it’s a masterful performance. Do you really believe that this guy, Boris Johnson, was on death’s door step and then recovered this quickly to give a speech like this.
He never coughs once. Only a few times does he look short of breath, but that is minimally so and probably due to his obesity.
Many of you are in healthcare, so you know that people don’t recover like they do in a Hollywood movie.
One of the problems with COVID-19 is the damage that it causes to the lungs. If you are sick enough to be on death’s door step, you must have suffered a moderate amount of damage to your lungs. That takes time to recover.
Many of you know Idalia. She had COVID-19, and she was on the vent for over two months. She could barely talk without coughing even after leaving the hospital.
Damage to the lungs causes decreased gas exchange which in turn causes shortness of breath; the damage also causes hyper-irritability to the lung tissues which prompts you to cough.
I encourage you to watch as much British television as you can. It’s worthwhile because the two countries, the UK and the US, often mirror each other politically.
The UK is our principal partner in global war mongering and exploitation.
We picked up many of our bad habits of empire building from the British.
Many times what occurs in the UK also occurs in a modified form in the US and visa versa. Currently Boris Johnson has implemented more draconian social distancing rules in the UK to prevent another lock down.
These draconian measures might be what we will see here in the US even though coronavirus deaths seem to be slowing down at the moment.
In conjunction Trump may be pulling the same con that Boris Johnson pulled in this video. Let’s see if Trump follows the Boris Johnson script.
