I watched only a little bit of the vice-Presidential debates last night.
They lost me with the plastic shields that were separating them.
I am not a person who does well with stupid ideas.
Just what are they trying to sell with these plastic shields?
They accomplish nothing medically, of course, so what our leaders trying to sell?
Are they trying to sell themselves as responsible politicians? They are not if they embrace a device that does nothing and may indeed do a great deal of harm.
Are they trying to sell us on the necessity of using them?
Are we supposed to buy these things now and set them up around the dinner table?
I’m lost. I’m truly lost.
If you’re breathing out, couldn’t the virus ascend into the air, travel 6 feet and fall down on the other side of the shield? They did tell us that the virus was airborne, did they not?
I don’t want to go any further with this because to do so dignifies the plastic shields as an effective measure.
That our politicians do use them is an indictment of them.
All of them.
Moreover, the use of that shield is an indictment of the entire political process and the culture within which we live.
It’s not enough to debunk the use of the plastic shield as an effective device in preventing COVID-19 infection.
We need to go much deeper than that.
In order to extract ourselves from the Orwellian nightmare in which we live, we need to go deep into the psychology of our minds and ask why we believe the things we do.
We must, because the leaders who have perpetuated this COVID-19 crisis upon us have done exactly that.
The science they are using to control us is nothing new or hidden. It is the psychology of advertising and mass media that has been developed by various psychologists over the past 100 years.
Bernays is one of these psychologists. Maslow is another.
Corporations embraced men like Bernays and Maslow to sell you all the shit you buy but may not need.
The techniques were so successful that it was only a matter time before greedy and power mad executives got the bright idea of selling you on ideas.
Why stop with cars, one executive might’ve asked. Why not sell them on the idea that they are inferior serfs?
Serfs are serfs not because they lack intelligence or desire, but because their options have been limited.
Limitations begin in the mind. Mental limitations beget physical limitations. Fear begets mental limitations. If people are fearful, they are more likely to stay in place and not cause trouble for us, the clever executive concludes.
These are the thoughts of our leaders.
And so they plot: Why not exploit a crisis?
Why not heighten the fear?
Then, why not sell them on the idea that safety is the most important thing in their lives?
Why not sell them on the idea that staying inside the house, wearing a mask and hiding behind a plastic shield will make them safe?
If we do that, the executive asks, we can destroy their psych, their spirit, their business. We can break them down mentally and make them dependent upon us. We could rule for a thousand years.
While doing that, another executive suggests, we can program them to accept our Ivy League superiority. We can award ourselves all sorts of phony awards that of course only we, and our sycophants, can win.
We can regularly announce our mundane comings and goings in the newspaper.
When we have a baby or get married, we will announce that in the New York Times.
When we make a movie, we will make sure that if there is a genius in that movie, he or she will come from Harvard. Never mind the fact that Einstein and Jobs attended ordinary schools. Never mind the fact that Edison was homeschooled by his mother.
The people will then turn to us, the creators of this mess, to solve it.
And so it has been in the United States and the world for some time now.
The same people who made the mess pretend to fix it.
And they get away with it and will get away with it as long as the programming exists.
The plastic shields that you saw at the vice-Presidential debate is part of that programming.
The face masks that they ask you to wear are part of that programming.
These devices do not exist to protect you; there is no science to them. They exist to program you, to keep fear going so as to confine you, to break you down physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
The plastic shield and face mask are tools of enslavement, no less damaging than a ball and chain.
This is what your leaders sell.
