Life and Hockey

Life is a big hockey game.

If the referee does not call the game fairly and impartially, in time the players will take matters into their own hands.

Recently the Supreme Court ruled against the state of Texas (by not taking up the case) who filed a lawsuit against various states, including Pennsylvania, because of the way that these states conducted their voting for the recent Presidential election. The basis for this lawsuit was that these states had violated the Constitutional rights of Texans.

The Supreme Court is thus prosecuting the notion that avoiding an issue as important as election fraud will make the problem go away.

It will not.

The problem is that nearly 70,000,000 Americans believe that the election was fraudulent.

Let’s not tackle the issue now as to whether it was; suffice it to say that people believe it was.

Citizens have filed afadavits testifying to this fraud.

If fraud was committed that is the damage to the country. If that damage exists, it needs to be addressed.

What the Supreme Court is doing is akin to a doctor turning off a heart alarm in the ICU in order to solve a problem.

If the doctor doesn’t hear it, it’s not there.

Veto.

The problem is not the alarm; the problem is what the alarm represents.

The main stream media of course can be counted on to backup the Supreme Court’s decision to not take up this case.

Life is a big hockey game.

If the referee does not call the game fairly and impartially, in time the players will take matters into their own hands.

If the supporters of Trump who believe the election was rigged cannot get a fair hearing in the courts, they will take matters into their own hands.

Perhaps not this year, but the battle is inevitable if this problem is not equitably addressed, especially if the consequences of this election prove dire to the Trump supporters.

In other words Civil War is inevitable.

In many respects John Roberts is the reincarnation of Roger Taney.

Like Taney he is tone deaf.

In the Dred Scott decision, Taney’s Supreme Court felt that they could erase centuries of unfairness and discrimination against black people by turning a blind eye.

They thought they could sweep the problem under the rug.

They thought they could turn the alarm off on the patient whose heart rate was flatlining.

They tried and they lost.

The problem did not go away.

Similarly John Roberts and his court believe that they can make alleged election fraud go away simply by not hearing the case that the state of Texas filed against those states where election fraud was believed to have occurred.

Like Roger Taney, Roberts turns the alarm off on the patient whose heart rate is flatlining.

The cowards and corporate shills of the Supreme Court hide behind technicalities and obscure language.

The consensus interpretation of the Supreme Court opinion is that the state of Texas lacked standing to pursue this case against the other states.

Lacked standing?

So the state of Texas has no privilege to stand up for its own citizens being disenfranchised when another state changes their election laws which leads to fraudulent balloting?

Fraudulent balloting in another state which leads to a false electoral win for Joe Biden most certainly does effectively disenfranchise the voters in Texas; it negates their vote.

A state does have the moral right to pursue remediation if criminal activity is suspected in another state.

The logic of the Roberts Court here Is equivalent to the same poor logic, which is no logic, that was displayed in the Obamacare decision.

What Roberts, et al, are saying is that it’s okay for fraudulent balloting to occur in another state; in other words, that’s the law.

Since all good law must by necessity have a moral base, this law would be suspect as no one could possibly justify such a law on moral grounds.

But, as mentioned previously, the Roberts Court hides behind technicalities. They are ruling that the state of Texas has no right to infringe upon how Pennsylvania or any other state conducts its elections. Technically this is correct but only within the context of an honest election. If the state of Pennsylvania constructs a methodology which directly leads to fraudulent balloting, then the state of Texas does have a vested interest in pursuing a case against the state of Pennsylvania.

A simpleton can see this.

By not taking up this case John Roberts and his court have moved us one step closer to Civil War.

As mentioned previously, life is a big hockey game. If the referee does not call the game fairly and impartially, in time the players will take matters into their own hands.

This is a law no less true than that of gravity.

John Ossoff

Here is a guy you should keep your eye on.

His name is John Ossoff.

This guy first came into my consciousness about a month ago. I didn’t know who he was. I knew he was a politician running for office, but at the time he was just someone who appeared on television.

Gradually I started hearing his name more often. In time I saw him speak on television. He seemed well spoken, too well spoken.

My antennae went up.

I don’t trust glib people.

It takes me a little while to get down to googling these people to find out who they are.

Last night I discovered that he was running against David Perdue in the runoff election in Georgia.

I looked at Ossoff’s resume, and it all made sense to me. I’m now going to tell you what’s going to happen in Georgia.

I know that we shouldn’t make predictions, but if we don’t make predictions, what good are we?

Making predictions gives us the opportunity to reveal our thinking to you.

John Ossoff will be one of the next senators from Georgia.

The media will trash this guy David Perdue into the seventh heaven. He’ll be a withering branch in a hurricane before too long.

Ossoff will win and contribute to the Democrats having control in the Senate. This control will be crucial in giving Joe Biden everything he wants to do.

Mitch McConnell, of course, the corporatist that he is, can be expected to lie down like a dog for Joe Biden.

In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if Mitch McConnell is stuffing envelopes for John Ossoff right now.

Why do I think this will happen? Why do I think Ossoff will win?

One only has to look at his resume.

This guy is Corporate America’s dream candidate.

He graduated from Georgetown University and the London School of Economics, two of the phoniest and most damaging schools around.

I’d be willing to bet that this guy is CIA.

I’m also willing to bet that he’s a corporatist, fully on board America’s war time economy.

This guy will vote for war every single time.

He revealed who he was the day he decided to matriculate at Georgetown and the London School of Economics.

I have no ability to relate to this guy’s value system.

Furthermore I am opposed to his value system.

His value system promotes the belief in movers and shakers, that some people are more important than others.

I do not share this belief. I believe that the man who runs the corner convenience store is just as important as the President of United States.

I seriously believe that.

Not only do I believe that, I believe that our Founding Fathers believed that also and set up our country to prosecute that belief, notwithstanding the propaganda from the left that the Founding Fathers were elitist racists.

Sure, the Founding Fathers distrusted the mob, as do I. But that doesn’t mean that the Founding Fathers were opposed to the individual. On the contrary, the Founding Fathers were very much in favor of the individual. They thought that the best way to prevent mob rule was to promote individualism.

Thus the Bill of Rights, the Crown Jewels of the United States of America.

Strong individuals beget health, prosperity, respect and good citizenship.

Increasingly of course, the Founding Fathers have fallen into disfavor in the United States as people who come from so-called prestigious universities increasingly dominate our governmental institutions.

These so-called prestigious universities promote an elitism which works against individualism. Elitism says to the people: You common people aren’t smart enough to handle your own affairs; it’s better that you submit to the public good that we will define for you. Go along; cease thinking; accept the crumbs that we give you.

Then the elites set out to destroy the meritocracy that the Founding Fathers had envisioned. Increasingly we see the enlarged federal government controlled by crony capitalists who dominate not by virtue of merit but by their connected status.

Not surprisingly, with the elites in charge, we have concomitantly seen an increased reliance on a wartime economy and an increased polarization of wealth in the United States.

The two are necessarily connected because war represents a raping of the American people, a stealing of their wealth.

We are war junkies with a war economy benefitting the elites.

The elites function as the dealers of war.

To keep this war time economy going, it is necessary to have war dealers in power in the Senate and the Presidency.

This is why you increasingly see an increased number of graduates from Harvard, Yale, and Georgetown in positions of power.

These people do not represent regular people, they represent the wealthy elite.

Georgetown University in particular is not much more more than a CIA training program.

And what is the CIA if not the thug agency of the wealthy elite.

It seems logical to me that this candidate John Ossoff will be a representative of the CIA and the wealthy elite.

He comes from a wealthy family to boot.

He will vote for war on every level. He will vote for physical wars, he will vote for abstract wars.

He will vote for every nutty federal program that Joe Biden and Mitch McConnell lust for.

The size of the federal government will grow exponentially to snuff out all small and independent business.

This will increase the power of the federal government which will increase the power of the wealthy elite.

If this is what you want, go vote for the guy.

Really, though, it doesn’t matter who you vote for because the election will be rigged anyway.

Look for all sorts of charges to be filed against David Perdue. Look for Ossoff to win a close election. Look for all these charges against Perdue to mysteriously evaporate after the election.

This isn’t the first time that the elites have pulled this track. They pulled the same trick against Ted Stevens in 2008.

What the elites want is a majority in the Senate for Joe Biden. And they will get it.

To them, government is too important to be left to the desires of the people.

This is why they promote John Ossoff, so-called defender of the common man.

The defender of serfdom is more like it.

Sincerely,

Archer Crosley

True Believers

What’s the deal with Sidney Powell?

One day she was a darling of the Trump administration, and now she’s seemingly out.

What happened?

What happened was that Sidney Powell was most likely a true believer.

She apparently came upon information that she was thought was relevant to overturning the Biden election.

This is a dangerous thing to the elites, to have a true believer looking into things.

Does it seem likely that Sidney Powell would work her entire life only to get to this point where she would throw away everything she had worked for on baseless accusations?

This seems unlikely.

What seems more likely is that she did encounter substantial violations.

What also seems likely is that Donald Trump decided that he didn’t need any true believers on his team.

As I have mentioned before, if Trump is contesting this election it is because Corporate America wants him to contest this election.

I can’t tell you yet why they want to contest this election, because I am not the one calling the shots.

Maybe they want to provoke a constitutional crisis for the purposes of opening a constitutional convention where they can alter the fundamental framework of the Bill of Rights.

Or maybe they want to create a distraction like the Russia scandal, something they can carry forth for four more years.

Distractions are essential to the elites. They don’t want people focusing on foreign wars and CIA interventions overseas.

It’s much better to have people battling over issues they can’t resolve.

If the people protest foreign wars as they did in Vietnam, the elites will lose. They sure don’t want that.

It’s much better to have a distraction, but nothing with too much substance. They want just enough to whet the appetite.

They certainly don’t want true believers like Sidney Powell coming up with credible evidence that she can use to prosecute an agenda that they don’t want.

If they can’t buy her off, they’ll destroy her.

Sincerely,

Archer Crosley

Shut Up, Mitt

This is from Mitt Romney, the carpetbagging senator from Utah:

“Having failed to make even a plausible case of widespread fraud or conspiracy before any court of law, the President has now resorted to over pressure on state and local officials to subvert the will of the people and overturn the election,” Romney said in a statement posted to Twitter. “It is difficult to imagine a worse, more undemocratic action by a sitting American President.”

Now, as you may know by now, I couldn’t give one flip and a fiddle who is President of United States. It doesn’t really matter because both men are owned by Corporate America. I voted for Trump in 2016 but did not vote for him in 2020. I voted Libertarian instead.

I soured on Trump because he didn’t do anything in his four years that improved America or my life substantially. In fact, he continue the same old game. That’s my view.

In spite of that, the President has every right to pursue justice if he feels that the recent 2020 election was fraudulent.

I happen to believe it was.

Despite Romney’s unwelcome opinion there are a lot of people claiming that the election wasn’t on the up and up. People are signing affidavits testifying to irregularities. That doesn’t sound like nothing to me.

Yes, it’s true that Trump brought this upon himself by not being forceful and persuasive in setting firm rules for the election process. He had plenty of time to do this. And it was easy to see that there would be problems with mail-in ballots.

Nevertheless, there’s nothing unseemly about seeking justice, and if Mitt Romney thinks that there is, then Mitt Romney might want to read the Constitution of the United States of America.

Ah, but Mitt didn’t say that Trump’s actions were unseemly, although he may think that; he said that Trump’s actions were undemocratic.

Well, how about stealing an election, Mitt? Is that undemocratic?

What other kind of comment could we expect from Senator Romney, though?

Mitt Romney couldn’t care less about the country. If he had cared about the country, he wouldn’t have raped the American worker when he was working at Bain Capital.

As one of the new robber barons, Mitt, along with Bain Capital, helped other robber barons buy up factories in the United States so that they could be shut down with the jobs shipped to China.

A $50,000 a year job means a lot to a regular guy; for Mitt Romney $50,000 is like us finding a penny on the sidewalk.

After making a fortune off the backs of decent Americans Mitt ventured off into politics to whoever who would have him.

First he was governor of Massachusetts, now he’s a senator from Utah.

When you have a national name, I guess you can go anywhere and get elected.

And Mitt will go anywhere.

The important thing is to get in power and stay in power.

That’s why Mitt Romney is there. He is there because the machine, the blob, Corporate America wants him there. Mitt Romney is a full-fledged officer of Corporate America.

It is Corporate America who has been calling the shots in the United States for a long time now, well over 100 years.

Corporate America decides who your presidents will be. Corporate America decides who your senators will be.

Corporate America decides who will occupy all the important Presidential cabinet positions.

Corporate America has made a joke out of democracy, and Mitt Romney is a big part of that joke.

Who is Mitt Romney to talk about democratic principles in the United States?

By being a willing member of Corporate America’s team, by doing their bidding, by being a compliant puppet, no one has more done more damage to democracy than Mitt Romney.

Shut the fuck up, Mitt Romney.

A Letter to Doug

This is the letter I wrote to Doug Hagmann on his YouTube channel. It’s a little uneven, but it’s worth posting.

In this particular YouTube video Doug was talking about something we are missing in the entire election debacle. He was referring to a certain something that is unspoken, something beneath the surface, perhaps a dark subtext to the story.

The following is my post:

You said that something was missing. What’s missing is that you, Doug, have had a hard time (no need to apologize) recognizing that American politics is rigged and has been rigged for a long, long time. It’s tough for people to come to that realization (that the system is rigged from top to bottom) because they think that they’re going against Jesus if they admit the truth. Or they think that they are not being a good egg if they accept an uncomfortable truth.

The CIA was absolutely unequivocally involved in rigging the elections. Overthrowing governments and engaging in naughtiness is what they do. The CIA is an immoral organization that has been involved in every bit of nasty trickery going back to the day that they were conceived. The CIA is nothing more than the thug agency of the wealthy elite. The goal of the wealthy elite is to institute a form of totalitarianism in the United States. China is their model.

When Joe McCarthy stumbled upon what was going in the State Department, Army, and other organizations, he probably thought that our leaders at the higher levels, like Truman, like Eisenhower, would be gratified that he had pointed this out. But they weren’t, were they? They weren’t because Joe McCarthy had stumbled upon what they were doing. Joe McCarthy pulled the curtain back and showed us who they really are. That’s why our power structure demonized him then and do so today.

In the same way, Julian Assange is demonized. Julian Assange, like McCarthy, pulled the curtain back. In response our government in conjunction with the British government have denied Assange basic fundamental rights. Did Trump do anything about that? No.

Why hasn’t Trump stuck up for fundamental individual liberties that are guaranteed by our Constitution? Why didn’t he stick up for Alex Jones? Why hasn’t he stuck up for the Last American Vagabond, or Stefan Molyneaux? Why hasn’t Trump gone after the Internet giants? Because Trump is part of their game. These elites (who control the Republicans and Democrats) are playing a game with us. The right and the left prop each other up. Michael Reagan, the Presidents son, illustrated this in a YouTube video many years ago. He stated that the Dems and the Repubs are an A-frame that hold each other up.

Everything that you think is true about the United States is not true. What the media has given you for the past 75 years is one giant lie about America. The attack on Pearl Harbor was a lie, the attack on the World Trade Center was a lie, the bin Laden raid was a lie, the COVID-19 pandemic is a lie. I’m not saying that these things didn’t happen; I’m saying that they didn’t happen in the way that our lying media says they did. Our government takes advantage of people’s apathy and lack of expertise in technical areas to foist dangerous myths upon the people, myths that enable the elites to gain control of our lives.

Corporate America is in firm control of the politics and the affairs of the United States. Corporate America (which includes businesses, nonprofits the elite universities, Palo Alto, big banks, think tanks like the Council on Foreign Relations, national associations, sports leagues, Hollywood) will decide who our President will be, as they have for a long time now. If Corporate America wants Joe Biden, Joe Biden will be president. If Corporate America wants Trump, then Trump will be President.

The controversy over the election exists right now because Corporate America wants it to exist. Why? I don’t know why; I’m not the one committing the crime. And neither are you, Doug. We are the guys investigating the crime. We are always going to be one step behind the criminals. That’s the nature of police work.

I wouldn’t invest one iota of time worrying about whether Trump stays in office or not. Listen to me, I voted for the guy in 2016. Trump did nothing for me. Nothing. Where is the substantive reform in healthcare? It doesn’t exist. Are our health insurance premiums still high? Yes. Did he establish a competitive healthcare marketplace that so many Republicans ached for? No. Did he permit even more mergers like Aetna-Caremark-CVS to occur? Yes. Are we still in the Middle East? Yes. Did Trump go after the Internet giants? No. Did he defend Alex Jones? No. Did he defend Julian Assange? No. Did he go after the CIA? No. In fact he genuflected before the CIA within a few weeks of taking office. Did Trump do anything to give substantive reform to immigration? No. What he should have done was abolish CAFTA which raped the people of Central America. Exploitation and CAFTA are why immigrants are coming here. When Central Americans are given a stake in the game, they will want to stay in their country. That is a much better choice than building a wall.

The best way we can reform America is to practice Christianity. It was Christianity that defeated Rome. Christianity accomplished what no standing army could accomplish. When we change ourselves as a nation, the politicians will follow. We criticize our politicians for being immoral and greedy. Our politicians are that way because we are that way. We have walked down the wrong path. We must change our sentiments and priorities. Catering to politicians won’t cut the mustard. When we cater to the immoral, duplicitous politician we are crossing the threshold into Dracula’s castle. Once we cross that threshold, Dracula owns us. What we want to do is ask Dracula to enter our house, the house of God.

Sincerely,

Archer Crosley

Unrigging the Vote

It’s obvious that the recent presidential election was rigged in favor of the Democrats just as the 2000 presidential election was rigged in favor of the Republicans.

I suppose that one could easily say that one rigged election is deserving of another, but then we’d be at a stalemate playing a winless game with no motivation in place to change the system.

As it stands now, it is Corporate America that chooses our presidents.

This is accomplished through corporate-owned main stream media which herds the mob into the cattle pens of superficial chanting.

Your thoughtful vote is thus stampeded out of existence by the fickle behavior of the mob that is controlled by morning talk show know it alls and infotainment boobs.

This is not a good thing because our country is then under the control of an unelected body, that being Corporate America.

Is this what we want?

I don’t think so.

Given that it would seem prudent to discuss precisely what kind of world we do want.

What kind of presidential election, if any, would work?

We are adults. We can do anything we want to do.

We can have any type of government we choose.

Where shall we begin?

The best place to begin is with the Founding Fathers and the mechanism they chose to elect our President of the United States.

The Founding Fathers were definitely opposed to pure democracy.

They feared the mob.

That is why they instituted the electoral college.

In a nutshell, the way it worked was that each state would have a certain defined number of electors who would elect the president.

The state electors would be selected or elected depending upon the state; each state would develop its own format for choosing electors.

The state electors would then get together and each cast two votes for the man they thought would best be president. One of those votes had to be cast for a citizen outside the state of that elector in order to prevent big states from dominating the candidate pool.

The man who got a majority of the votes was President and the runner-up was vice President.

There were other rules in effect for cases where no one got a majority.

This system proved to be ineffective and so the system was modified.

Without going into detail as to why it was modified, it should be obvious that if the electoral college was modified once, it can be modified again.

Circumstances change. The world changes.

Clearly the problem that we face today is increased corporate power. It is Corporate America that is deciding our presidents for us. If we are to survive as a nation, we must discover a way to limit this corporate power. We cannot have Corporate America deciding our presidents through mob rule.

What has happened in the electoral college over the past century is that states select their electors based upon election. But the election is based upon how the mob feels about a particular presidential candidate. Additionally, state electors are now committed on a winner take all basis.

So although the electoral college is electing the President, really the mob is electing the President. All that is required to control the mob is mass media and a willingness to rig the votes at the polls.

This is what we want to prevent.

First, we want to limit the effect of mass media upon the mob. Mass media is now controlled by a few institutions; these few institutions pose as multiple sources of information so as to create a consensus – which is illusory.

Second we want to prevent rigging of elections at the polls.

We also want to shield the election of the President from the immediacy of the moment. We don’t want Presidents chosen on whim and emotion.

For that reason, it is important that the electors be chosen well before the actual election.

It is also important that the electors represent the political bias of the citizenry.

Only an indirect election of the President can fulfill these requirements.

Clearly, the states’ interest must be influential in the selection of a President. So must the will of the people.

To accomplish this, a better approach might be to have the state legislators, who already represent the will of the people, select the electors who will be free to vote their conscience for the President and his running mate. They would not be obligated to vote for any particular person or party.

The number of electors that each state possesses is up to the state’s discretion. They may have 1 or 1,001. It doesn’t matter because the electoral votes allocated to each state will be fixed based upon population.

Each state’s electors would vote on Election Day. There would still be the traditional 50 individual winner take all races but with some critical differences.

First, the electors may vote their conscience. They may vote for Ish Kabibble.

Second, there is no direct popular vote for President. The people will have already voted indirectly in their local elections. This will energize people to pay attention to their local races.

Third, billions of dollars will be saved in trying to sway a clueless public.

Fourth, it will be near impossible to falsify votes as there will be only at most a few hundred electors in each state, and we will know who they are.

Fifth, no dead people will be voting, and no one will be voting twice.

Sixth, people who know the issues will be voting. As it stands now far too many voters can’t begin to comprehend the issues.

Those are some tremendous advantages, and they are pretty close to what the Founding Fathers envisioned.

Now, of course, we can do nothing. We can bury our heads in the sand and continue to believe that our elections are legitimate and that our votes count.

But that would not be the truth.

Sincerely,

Archer Crosley
